For 18 years I owned and ran National Vetting Solutions. I worked with organisations across security, healthcare, financial services, education and government, helping them understand pre-employment screening, vetting compliance, risk and best practice.

Over that time I did not just run the checks. I trained teams, I trained clients, and I spent years helping organisations make sense of compliance questions in a way that actually worked for them. I saw what happened when employers got it right and what happened when they did not.

In January 2026 I founded Vetting Hub. I wanted to do something more meaningful with everything I had learned. I did not want that knowledge to disappear. So I built Charlotte.
