When a customer takes up a licence, Vetting Hub creates a sub-account in GHL and issues a single CSS embed code within 24 hours. Your web team adds that code to the relevant page. Data and GDPR

Charlotte collects nothing whatsoever. She does not ask for names, job titles, company names or any identifying information. She does not store conversation histories. Nothing passes back to Vetting Hub or any third party. Each session ends with no record retained anywhere. She sits completely outside your data processing footprint and no data sharing agreements are required because of her presence in your platform.

Contract terms

When a licence ends, Vetting Hub deactivates the CSS embed code immediately. Charlotte is removed from that customer's environment with no action required from your side. The customer stops appearing on Vetting Hub's next monthly invoice. The contract is monthly rolling with no minimum term. Either party can cancel any time without notice or penalty.

Liability

Charlotte provides operational compliance guidance, not legal advice. Every substantive answer includes a clear statement to that effect. She draws only from her specialist knowledge base so she cannot fabricate statutory timelines or invent rules. If a question falls outside her knowledge base she says so directly rather than attempting an answer. Vetting Hub holds an ICO certificate. Charlotte is a decision-support tool, not a replacement for legal counsel.
