Complete and sign the partnership agreement below. Once signed, Vetting Hub Ltd will confirm your partner account and you are ready to offer Charlotte to your customers. There is no waiting period and no further steps.

By signing this document the Partner agrees to enter into a platform partnership with Vetting Hub Ltd on the following terms. The Partner confirms they have read and understood the Vetting Hub Ltd Terms and Conditions in full, which are incorporated into this agreement by reference and form part of it.
The Partner confirms they are authorised to enter into this agreement on behalf of their organisation.
The following commercial terms apply to this partnership.
Retail price per licence: £500 per month per customer licence. The Partner sets this price with their customers and invoices them directly.
Vetting Hub Ltd invoice: Vetting Hub Ltd will invoice the Partner £250 per active licence per month. Invoices are issued monthly and are due for payment within 14 days of the invoice date.
Split: The split between the Partner and Vetting Hub Ltd is always 50/50. There is no variation to this.
Upfront cost: There is no upfront cost. The Partner incurs no cost until their first customer licence is confirmed.
Contract: This partnership runs on a monthly rolling basis with no minimum term.
Notice period: Either party may terminate this partnership by giving not less than three calendar months written notice by email to [email protected]. All active licences and monthly invoices continue throughout the notice period.
Embed code: When a customer licence is confirmed, Vetting Hub Ltd will configure Charlotte for that customer and issue a unique CSS embed code within 24 hours. One embed code is issued per customer licence.
By signing this agreement the Partner confirms and commits to the following.
Licences: The Partner will notify Vetting Hub Ltd immediately when any customer stops using Charlotte or wishes to cancel their licence. Notification must be sent by email to [email protected] with the customer name clearly stated. The Partner will continue to be invoiced for any licence until that notification is received by Vetting Hub Ltd in writing. No refunds or credits will be given for invoices already issued.
Embed codes: Each embed code issued by Vetting Hub Ltd will only be used for the customer it was issued for and within the Partner's authenticated platform environment. Embed codes will not be shared, transferred, or used in any other environment.
Charlotte's nature: The Partner understands and accepts that Charlotte provides general compliance guidance only and does not provide legal advice. The Partner will ensure every customer is clearly informed of this before they first access Charlotte.
Professional Indemnity insurance: The Partner holds current Professional Indemnity insurance that covers their use of and reliance on Charlotte's guidance in connection with their business activities. The Partner will provide written evidence of this cover to Vetting Hub Ltd within five working days of any request.
Confidentiality: The Partner will keep all information provided by Vetting Hub Ltd strictly confidential, including embed codes, pricing, and any configuration details.
Compliance: The Partner will comply with all applicable laws and regulations including UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 in connection with their use of this service.
The Partner acknowledges and accepts the following.
Charlotte provides general compliance guidance only. She does not provide legal advice. She does not create any legal or professional relationship between Vetting Hub Ltd and any Partner or customer. All decisions made on the basis of Charlotte's guidance are the sole responsibility of the Partner and their customers.
Vetting Hub Ltd accepts no liability whatsoever for any regulatory action, compliance failure, legal proceedings, fine, penalty, or loss of any kind arising from the Partner's or any customer's use of or reliance on Charlotte's guidance.
The Partner's Professional Indemnity insurance must cover any claim arising from or connected to the use of or reliance on Charlotte's guidance. This is a condition of this agreement.
Vetting Hub Ltd's total liability to the Partner for any claim connected to this agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Partner in the three calendar months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
