Whether you charge your customers during the pilot is entirely up to you. Most partners absorb the cost during the pilot to maximise honest feedback.

We never contact your customers
We do not contact your customers at any point. The customer name is used solely to ensure their CSS embed code is set up correctly and named accurately. Your customer relationship stays entirely yours.
Before you register

The questions we get asked most.

How is the pilot invoiced?
The full pilot amount is invoiced upfront before any licences are set up. This reflects the setup work involved in configuring each individual customer licence. Payment is due within 14 days and licences are activated once payment is received.
What happens at the end of the pilot?
The partnership rolls automatically into a monthly rolling full partnership. If you have no active licences at the end of the pilot, simply let us know and there is nothing further to pay. No licences means no obligation.
Can I add more customers during the pilot?
Yes. Additional licences can be added at any time during the pilot. These are invoiced separately for the remainder of the pilot period at the point they are added.
What data does Charlotte collect?
None. No names, no candidate details, no conversation history. Charlotte sits completely outside your data processing footprint. No GDPR obligations arise from her presence.
After the pilot

The pilot rolls into a full partnership. No licences means no obligation.

At the end of your chosen pilot period the partnership moves automatically to a monthly rolling full partnership with no minimum term. You carry on as normal and your licence count grows at your own pace. If you have no active licences at the end of the pilot and want to close things down, just let us know. There is nothing further to pay.

Automatic transition. No action needed from you to continue into full rollout at the end of the pilot.
Monthly rolling. No minimum term after the pilot. Cancel any month with no penalty.
You set the retail price. What you charge your customers is entirely your decision throughout the partnership.
No active licences means no invoice. If you have no customers live at the end of the pilot, notify us and there is nothing further to pay.
